    First time at Jacks and it was amazing! Has an old mom & pop cafe feel to it. Milkshakes were delicious with many different house hold combos to choose from. Burger selection was also great too, really enjoyed the way they cooked their beef ...

    Fantastic burgers! Service was as fast as could be expected, given how busy they were. But everything came out at the same time, and the food was hot. Will definitely be back!

    I've heard great things about this place and finally tried it out. First, great price, huge burger for 12.50. Secondly it tastes delicious. I like how soft the bun was! I got the the shroom burger and it was absolutely delicious. It tastes very "homemade" I can see why people rave about this place!

    We stopped in for lunch at Jack's Burger Shack before heading to the Farmer's Market and we were not disappointed. It's definitely small inside with a handful of tables and some window style seating. There's more tables outside. Parking was a bit of a challenge, but that's also due to the Farmer's Market taking place at the time we were there. My kids decided to go with the grilled cheese and fries, while my wife went with the standard burger and I settled on the Quebecer burger. The kids loved their grilled cheese sandwiches and fries, along with the chocolate milkshake that one of them got. My wife enjoyed her burger and I really enjoyed the Quebecer. The sauce and having some poutine on the burger was delicious, although somewhat messy. The fries were nice and fresh cut. We'll definitely return again sometime.

    10/10 RECOMMEND!!! This burger shack is an ABSOLUTE GAME CHANGER! The service is always top-notch, and the food is consistently MIND-BLOWING! We've had the pleasure of visiting about 5 times in the last 3 months, and every single experience has been nothing short of exceptional! The staff is friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about serving up an amazing dining experience. And the food? WOW! The jacked up fries are an absolute MUST-TRY - crispy, flavorful, and utterly addictive! If you haven't already, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR and get to this burger shack ASAP! You won't regret it! Five stars isn't enough - I'd give it ten stars if I could!
